Your access and use of this website and the AAT Insure app is governed by these Terms of Use, including the AAT Hub Terms of Use if you activate and use the AAT Hub rewards, safety and engagement program through your online account (“AAT Hub”), and the Privacy & Security Statement. By accessing and using this website you acknowledge and accept that you are bound by these Terms of Use, including the AAT Hub Terms of Use (as applicable), and the Privacy & Security Statement.
We may update these Terms of Use on this website from time to time. If we do so, we will notify you in such manner as we consider reasonably appropriate, including by making the revised version available on our website, within the AAT Insure Online Account and within the Data and Privacy section of the AAT Insure app. If you access and use an online account, you will be notified of any material changes to these Terms of Use via the AAT Insure app and the AAT Insure Online Account. We will clearly state the date these Terms of Use were last changed. Please review these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website, your online account and/or AAT Hub after these Terms of Use have been changed constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy & SMS Communications
SMS Policy and ClickSend Integration: By providing your mobile number and using our services, you expressly consent to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages from AAT Insure. These messages are sent through ClickSend.com. You acknowledge that your mobile data will be processed by ClickSend for the sole purpose of message delivery. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP".
We use the information you provide in order to:
- fulfill requests for products, services or information,
- provide customer services,
- administer drawings or promotions,
- offer new products and services,
- measure and improve the effectiveness of our Web sites, our marketing efforts, or our services and offers,
- tailor our online or in-store offerings to your preferences,

Liability
EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW (IN WHICH CASE THAT LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM ALLOWABLE BY LAW), WE (INCLUDING OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY (INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE) FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY SUFFERED OR SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR ARISING OUT OF:
(A) USING OR BEING UNABLE TO ACCESS OR USE THE AAT INSURE APP, THE CONTENTS OF THE APP, THE ACQUISITION OR USE OF THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES REFERENCED IN THE APP OR THE UNDERTAKING OF AN APP-RELATED TASK OR ACTIVITY; OR
(B) USING OR BEING UNABLE TO ACCESS OR USE YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT (INCLUDING AAT HUB), THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT, THE ACQUISITION OR USE OF THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES REFERENCED IN YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT OR THE UNDERTAKING OF AN ONLINE ACCOUNT-RELATED TASK OR ACTIVITY.
Online Account
Online Account Terms of Use
Your access and use of your “online account" constitutes your agreement to these Online Account Terms of Use. We own and operate your online account.
Your online account enables you to view and manage details relating to certain insurance policies you hold with us. Your online account is not available for all of our products and some products only have limited functionality; you will need to contact us if you wish to view or manage details which relate to these products.
Accessing your online account
You are only able to access your online account if you have "Registered". You become Registered by accurately completing the details requested by us on the login, registration and authentication pages of your online account. The details requested on these pages relate to information about you and a current insurance policy you hold with us for which your online account is available. Once you have Registered you will generate a "Login". You will then use your Login to access your online account.
You must not provide details of your Login to any other person. You must not allow any other person to use your Login. You must not use another person's Login and may only use your online account to view or manage information relating to another person or their insurance policies with their express authority.
AAT Hub
AAT Hub Terms of Use
We operate AAT Hub which is a rewards, safety and engagement program that allows AAT Insure policyholders (“you” or “your”) to receive certain offers and rewards. AAT Hub is an optional program which we provide at no additional cost as part of the AAT Insure app and Online Account.
1. Conditions of use
1.1. We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to access and use AAT Hub for personal and non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these AAT Hub Terms of Use.
1.2. Use of AAT Hub for any purpose not expressly permitted by these AAT Hub Terms of Use is strictly prohibited.
2. Eligibility for AAT Hub
2.1. To access and use AAT Hub, you must have an active Online Account. To access via the app, you must have the latest version installed.
3. Offers, rewards and benefits
3.1. Selected offers, rewards and benefits available to you will be accessible from the Rewards tab in the app and/or the Rewards menu in your online account.
4. Weather Alerts
4.1. If you enable our free Weather Alerts subscription service, you acknowledge and accept that we will send you Weather Alerts from time to time.
5. Closing your AAT Hub customer account
5.1. Closing your AAT Hub customer account means your customer account will be closed, and you will no longer receive offers, rewards, benefits and other information associated with AAT Hub.
